"This product is beyond belief! We have a VERY old deck at the edge of Lake Tahoe. Estimates for a new deck have been outrageous, there are permit issues that would require changes we don't want, and we're already in the middle of a large project demanding all our time and resources. Last summer, with the specter of our grandchildren not being allowed on the deck due to splinters, we put down indoor-outdoor carpeting, which was too tacky to consider having to look at another year. Then I found EPL! It was easy to apply (we did it ourselves), it looks great (just a bit like the wood is wet), and it has completely sealed all the splintery surfaces. I've gotten multiple compliments on it...I suspect you are going to be getting a lot of orders from people who have seen our "new" deck. I'd still like to replace the old wood as soon as we can but this will definitely get us through several more years.
